Tregastel is a fabulous place and will be a firm favourite with you too, the bizarre rock formations and beaches offer something for everyone.

There are three golden beaches here, which is great as it’s a busy place and never seems too crowded. Ideal for swimming too but always read the signs before you swim there are strong currents on the third beach to the right hand side The first beach being where the swimming pool called Forum de la mere is so make sure you know the dangers.

There is a lovely circular walk that you can do with pushchairs and small children that takes you past absolutely huge rocks.

The little aquarium built into the rocks is worth a visit, its only small but is fun, especially good for the kids.
